How do I create an account?

Open the app and sign up with email, Google, or Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile (icon in the top-right) → scroll down → tap "Delete account". All your data will be removed permanently.

Is the app free?

Yes. All features are available for free, with no ads or subscriptions.

How does the food diary work?

Describe what you ate in the chat — the assistant will calculate calories and macros (protein/fat/carbs) using nutrition databases. The information is for general guidance and is not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian.
